Casseroles & Tagines

An organic product made from natural clays, the origins of tierra negra® can be traced back at least 700 years to vases and pitchers found in pre-Colombian archaeological sites in the Andes. Many of the casseroles made now would originally have been designed for use over an open fire but are perfect also for use on modern hobs - gas, electric and ceramic and solid fuel - as well as in the oven.
