Description
Oblong oven dishes, like all tierra negra® cookware, can be used both in the oven and on the hob – gas, electric, Aga or ceramic. They can also be used under the grill or in a microwave.
These dishes are ideal for cooking moist and succulent sea food pies or potato and fish bakes. Excellent for making lasagne or pasta dishes then serve straight to the table.
