We first came across this cookware whilst travelling in South America over thirty years ago and were struck by the beautiful lustrous black finish. It is made in a small village in the Andes using traditional techniques which date back over 700 years. Each piece is moulded into shape by hand and carefully polished with semi-precious stones like Tiger’s Eye, from a nearby river.

Importantly, these special offers and discounts are on our premium tierra negra products. They are organic products, handmade entirely from naturally occurring clays. Tierra negra can be used on the hob and in the oven and can also be used as tableware. It looks splendid on the table.
